Legal Notice — Intellectual Property & Licensing

Design Ownership

All tray and organizer designs sold by Mountaineer Maker LLC — including tray geometry, pocket sizing, fitment tolerances, label placement, and overall form factor — are proprietary designs owned exclusively by Mountaineer Maker LLC. All rights reserved.

Physical trays are sold for personal use only. Reproduction of any Mountaineer Maker tray design for resale, commercial distribution, or manufacturing — whether by 3D printing, injection molding, or any other method — is strictly prohibited.

STL File Licensing

Purchase of an STL file from Mountaineer Maker grants the buyer a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial printing only. This license does not transfer ownership of the design or any intellectual property rights.

The following are explicitly prohibited:

• Resale or redistribution of STL files in original or modified form
• Commercial printing of parts from Mountaineer Maker STL files
• Upload or sharing of files to any third-party platform, print marketplace, or file-sharing service
• Use of Mountaineer Maker designs as the basis for derivative commercial products
