Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and uninstalled, with no tool markings or socket wear. Original packaging is appreciated but not required. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong fitment for the product listed, we'll cover return shipping in full. For all other returns β€” including change of mind or ordering the wrong size for your socket set β€” return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and fitment issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or doesn't match the listed fitment. We'll make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest path is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add additional time. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@mountaineermaker.com.
