Put two of our slim (low-profile) socket organizer inserts to work in the top or middle drawer of a Klein MODbox 54823MB three-drawer toolbox. This adapter seats two organizer inserts side by side and holds them at their base, so they stay put when the drawer opens and closes.
The 54823MB's top and middle drawers have two raised ribs running down the floor, so an organizer set straight in rocks on them and slides around. The adapter's three pieces lie flat in the floor bays with the seams over the ribs: the two ends lock into the drawer's side tracks and the center wedges between the ribs, so the whole set sits tight. Together they give each organizer a level seat that catches its base the same way our organizers catch each other when they stack.
Our slim organizer inserts fit two side by side, with room to stack a second slim organizer on each and the drawer still closing. The 54823MB's top and middle drawers are the same, so one adapter fits either one; order one per drawer.

- Adapter only — storage trays, tools and toolbox are not included.
- Visible layer lines are normal. They’re part of how every organizer is printed, and they don’t affect fit or function.
- Color may vary slightly from the photos, due to monitor settings and material batches.
- Some socket slots may extend to the bottom of the organizer, depending on the geometry of the sockets. That’s a normal part of the engineered design, not a defect.
This adapter is built for the top and middle drawers of the Klein MODbox 54823MB only. It does not fit the 54823MB's bottom drawer (we make a separate adapter for that one), other MODbox boxes or drawers, or other toolbox systems.
