Put two of our socket organizer inserts to work in a Klein MODbox 54844MB compact single drawer. This four-piece adapter seats a standard Mountaineer Maker organizer insert on each side of the drawer and holds it at its base, so it stays put when the drawer opens and closes.
The MODbox drawer floor rises into a hump down the middle, so an organizer set straight in has nothing flat to sit on and nothing to locate against. On each side, a platform sits on the drawer floor beside the hump and a carrier sits on top of it. The carrier catches the organizer's base the same way our organizers catch each other when they stack. Keys on both pieces slide into the drawer's own side-wall grooves, so after a hard jolt in a truck everything drops back into line. A center bar under each organizer keeps a loaded one from sagging on a hot day.

Good to know
- Adapter only — storage trays, tools and toolbox are not included.
- Visible layer lines are normal. They’re part of how every organizer is printed, and they don’t affect fit or function.
- Color may vary slightly from the photos, due to monitor settings and material batches.
- Some socket slots may extend to the bottom of the organizer, depending on the geometry of the sockets. That’s a normal part of the engineered design, not a defect.
This adapter is built for the Klein MODbox 54844MB drawer only. It is not designed for other MODbox drawers or toolboxes, or for other drawer systems.
