Designed to add storage when using a Mountaineer Maker socket organizer in a deep Packout Organizer, it also ensures the organizer is at the right height, so the lid can keep the sockets in place.
Properly space socket organizers in the Milwaukee Packout Deep Organizers (48-22-8430 and 48-22-8435). It can also nest with other Mountaineer Maker organizers. You can place it in a tool chest, on a storage shelf, or in under-body toolboxes.
The tray provides over 1 inch (28 mm) of storage depth and 11.1 inches (283 mm) x 7.2 inches (183 mm) of storage capacity.
When you carry your Packout by the handle, the tray lifts the organizer to the right height under the lid. This keeps the sockets secure. Underneath, you get a closed compartment for whatever else rides in the box.
It isn't matched to one socket set, drive size, or SAE/metric — it works under any compatible organizer. Refer to the compatibility table of your particular organizer to determine if this is the correct spacer for your setup.
This item is just the spacer tray. The socket organizer, sockets, any other spacers or adapters, and toolboxes are sold separately.
Printed in tough PETG—shrugs off a hot truck and shop chemicals, built to last as long as the tools it holds.
Good to know
- Storage tray only — adapters, tools and toolbox are not included.
- Visible layer lines are normal. They’re part of how every organizer is printed, and they don’t affect fit or function.
- Color may vary slightly from the photos, due to monitor settings and material batches.
- Some socket slots may extend to the bottom of the organizer, depending on the geometry of the sockets. That’s a normal part of the engineered design, not a defect.
