Details

Design your own insert. This is the 3D print and CAD file for a blank insert that fills one half of a Harbor Freight Bauer 71125 modular drawer, left or right. It's a solid block about 24 mm thick, shaped to the drawer: it keys on the drawer's wall rails and floor rib posts, so it stays put on its own. Cut your own tool or socket pockets into it in CAD, or print it as a flat shelf. Two blanks fill the drawer.

It stands on 9 short push-in legs instead of spacers. The leg file comes in the same download.

DIGITAL FILE ONLY
You receive a ZIP download right after purchase. The drawer is not included, and nothing is shipped.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
- STEP file: the blank as an editable solid, the easiest way to cut your own pockets in CAD
- STL file: the blank in one piece, ready to slice
- Leg, as STEP and STL: print 9 per blank, or 11 to have two spares
- A how-to sheet: printing the legs, pushing them in and which drawer it fits
- A Start-here card linking to our print instructions: recommended settings and print tips
- The license: the Mountaineer Maker Digital Product License (v1.0) as a PDF

FITS

HOW THE LEGS WORK
- Each leg is a 10 mm foot with a short ribbed pin. Print them standing on the foot, no supports.
- Turn the printed blank over and push a pin into each of the 9 holes in its underside by hand. The ribs hold the legs while you set the blank in the drawer; after that, the weight of the blank and your tools keeps them in place.
- The leg holes have cone-shaped tops, so the blank prints without supports too.

SIZE AND PRINTER REQUIREMENTS
- Blank: about 199 × 259 × 25 mm, so one piece needs a bed of about 260 × 200 mm
- Leg: 10 mm across, 21 mm tall
- Smaller bed? Your slicer can cut it to fit. See the step-by-step print instructions for Creality Print, Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer.

Good to know

  • Insert only — adapters, storage trays, tools and toolbox are not included.
  • Visible layer lines are normal. They’re part of how every organizer is printed, and they don’t affect fit or function.
  • Color may vary slightly from the photos, due to monitor settings and material batches.
  • Some socket slots may extend to the bottom of the organizer, depending on the geometry of the sockets. That’s a normal part of the engineered design, not a defect.
Precision-Fit

Designed from the actual sockets.
