Details

Print the organizer yourself. This is the 3D print file for our modular Milwaukee Packout organizer for the GearWrench 80300P 1/4" drive set: 6-point SAE and metric, standard and deep, 46 sockets plus the five drive tools, every socket labeled. An outer frame holds three removable parts (an SAE tray, a metric tray and a tool rack), so you can lift just the one you need out to the bench. A one-piece version is included too.

DIGITAL FILE ONLY
You receive a ZIP download right after purchase. Sockets, tools, organizer and toolbox are not included, and nothing is shipped.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
- Four STL files for the modular organizer, one per printed part: the outer frame, the SAE tray, the metric tray and the tool rack. The same design we print for the finished organizer
- One STL file for the one-piece organizer: the same socket layout as a single part, with an open bay that takes the same tool rack
- A Start-here card linking to our print instructions: recommended settings, plus how to split the frame or the one-piece with your slicer's cut tool (Creality Print, Bambu Studio, Orca Slicer) if your bed is smaller than about 300 × 200 mm
- The license: the Mountaineer Maker Digital Product License (v1.0) as a PDF

WHAT GOES WHERE
- SAE tray (20 sockets): 3/16"–9/16", standard sockets upright and deep sockets lying flat in labeled troughs
- Metric tray (26 sockets): 4mm–15mm including 5.5mm, standard sockets upright and deep sockets lying flat
- Tool rack: the 120XP ratchet, the thumbwheel ratchet, the 2" and 6" extensions and the universal joint
GearWrench sells this range as the 80300P 51-piece set.

FITS
✔ Milwaukee Packout low-profile organizers 48-22-8431 and 48-22-8436
✔ Standard tool chest drawers (the organizer is 293 × 193 × 41 mm)
With an adapter or spacer (sold separately): the deep Packout organizers 48-22-8430 and 48-22-8435, and Packout drawers. The frame nests with our other organizers, above and below.

⚠ NOT UNIVERSAL: pockets are cut to the exact dimensions of GearWrench 80300P 1/4" 6-point sockets and tools. Sockets from a different brand or a different set may not fit.

PRINTER REQUIREMENTS
- The largest part is the frame (or the one-piece), 293 × 193 mm and 41 mm tall; the trays and the tool rack are 182 mm wide or less. Your bed must be at least about 300 × 200 mm for the frame. It does not fit 256 × 256 mm beds in one piece.
- Smaller bed? Your slicer can cut it to fit. See the step-by-step print instructions for Creality Print, Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer.
- Print each part as it loads, flat side down. No supports needed
- Designed and tested on a Creality K2 Plus; we print ours in PETG

TWO-COLOUR LABELS (optional)
- The size labels, headings and logo are raised, so you can print them in a second colour by painting the label tops with your slicer's colour-painting tool (Creality Print, Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer all have one). Otherwise each part prints in one colour.

Good to know

  • Insert only — adapters, storage trays, tools and toolbox are not included.
  • Visible layer lines are normal. They’re part of how every organizer is printed, and they don’t affect fit or function.
  • Color may vary slightly from the photos, due to monitor settings and material batches.
  • Some socket slots may extend to the bottom of the organizer, depending on the geometry of the sockets. That’s a normal part of the engineered design, not a defect.
